Booking Terms & Conditions

All reservations require a $25 per person hold at the time of booking. If a booking is canceled without sufficient notice or results in a no-show, this fee will be charged to the card on file.

If you are unwell and unable to attend, we will waive the charge—just let us know as soon as possible. For any other reason, including last-minute cancellations or not showing up, the fee will apply.

Cancellation notice requirements:

  • 1 – 4 guests: 12 hours’ notice required

  • 5 – 8 guests: 48 hours’ notice required

  • Larger tables: Notice requirements will be confirmed when booking

By making a reservation with us, you acknowledge and agree to these terms & conditions.

Gift Voucher Bookings

We accept one voucher per booking/bill, and all standard booking and cancellation policies still apply to voucher bookings.

Private Functions & Events

For private bookings, please get in touch via email to discuss our available options. We have hosted a variety of events, including weddings, champagne launches, new season fashion showcases, makeup and shoe events, corporate functions, and birthdays.

Our space can accommodate up to 32 guests seated together, or up to 42 guests when incorporating our round booths. For standing functions, we can host 40 to 60 guests, with a canapé-style service.
