CANCELLATION POLICY

Bookings of 5 guests or more will require a nominated credit card to secure your reservation. If you have not provided a credit card when you made your reservation, please call or send us an email to secure it, otherwise your booking will be deemed unconfirmed. The final numbers will need to be confirmed 24 hours in advance, and this will be the minimum number that will be charged. Failure to cancel or no show so will incur a cancellation fee of $50.00 pp. Please understand that we prepare our menu and order accordingly to our bookings, failure to turn up or cancel on the day does have an impact on our small owner operated business.

For bookings of 9 or more you will be required to call or email your booking enquiry, online bookings can only be made for tables of 8 or less. You will be required to provide your credit card details also but your booking will need to be confirmed 48 hours in advance. If cancelled within 48 hours you will be charged $50.00 pp booked.

Your booking must be confirmed 24 hours in advance at the minimum. We reserve the right to cancel your unconfirmed booking at our discretion and without notice. For any dietary requirements please contact the restaurant prior to your booking, failure to do so may result in the kitchen not be able to cater for certain dietary needs.
